Q: Do you buy western wear?
A: We take quality western wear on consignment only.  Sorry, we do not purchase outright or trade.

Q: Will you call me when something sells?
A: We provide a link where you can log in to see your account balance online.  There is also a convenient IPhone app to check your account balance.

Q.  Will you mail me a check for the money in my account?
A.  If  the expiration date has passed, we will mail a check for the balance, but ONLY if you call and specifically request a check.

Q. Will you call me when my consignment expires?
A.
Sorry, no. We give you a copy of your consignment agreement with the expiration date.  It is your responsibility to remember the date.

Q. Why do I have to call 48 hours before picking up unsold items?
A.  That gives us time to gather your items and have them ready for pickup.  With the number of items on our racks, it sometimes takes quite a while to find some items. If you stop in unannounced, you will have to return at a later date to retrieve your unsold items.
