Wall Of Shame

What Not To Consign!

The following photos are actual items that have been brought in for consignment.  See if you can spot the problems!

Boots Unsuitable for Consignment

Boots were filthy! After consignor cleaned them with soap and water and removed all the scuff marks, they sold within 24 hours.

These jeans had a huge hole in the back. Customers won't buy jeans with a hole in the butt no matter how nicely starched they are!

These boots have been worn unevenly and even with a new heel, they will never fit anyone else.

These boots are scuffed and dirty. Customers won't purchase scuffed up boots. These would never sell.

There are no words to adequately describe how bad this hat was.

Over 20 shirts in this consignment turned down because of the worst ring around the collar I've ever seen.

This was a very nice shirt but all the pearl snaps were crushed and broken.

Can you guess what this is? It scared the $&@! out of me when I first saw it.

It's a dirt dobber nest on a shirt sleeve!
